News about the co-financing and implementation of the JR ASI+ project
Our company is successfully implementing a project within the framework of the ASI+ Public Call – Public Call for Support to Companies in Designing and Implementing Strategies and Action Plans for Effective Management of Older Employees and Strengthening Their Competencies, which is co-financed by the European Union. The purpose of the operation is to encourage companies to effectively manage older employees aged 50 and over and to strengthen their competencies from the perspective of extending and improving work activity.
Description of the operation and objectives
The operation includes activities for the development of strategies for managing older employees and the implementation of various programs and trainings aimed at their personal, career and professional development. The aim of the project is to increase the adaptability, motivation and knowledge of older employees, while improving the company's organizational approaches to managing older personnel.
The expected results of the operation include:

preparation and implementation of a strategy for effective management of older employees,

increased involvement of older employees in training programs,

enhanced competencies in the areas of motivation, career development, digital and green skills,

contribution to increased work activity and employability of older employees.
The public call is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia, the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities and the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus - https://evropskasredstva.si/ .
