SEMI-AUTOMATION

Semi-automated process which enables us to offer our customers’ IDC crimping technology in RAST 2.5, RAST 2.5 PRO and RAST 5, with RAST 1.25 pending.
We are strongly supported by STOCKO with test reports from their laboratory on each individual series of production batch.

Manual assembly
Some operation are too complex for automation process; this is where dexterity of manual operations come into effect. We have different operation to offer:

Classic crimping of contacts
We offer hexagonal, indent and quad-point crimping with different sizes of connectors. You can choose between insulated or non-insulted solution.
All manufacturing processes are semi-automated which enables repetition of manufacture.
Every batch has to pass QA control prior to release for shipping

Custom solutions (proprietary ownership)
We strive to fulfil customers’ requirements on every step of production process. If there is no tooling solution on the market for specific operation, we design and manufacture owner own tools.
With fully equipped machine shop the possibilities are endless.

Electric-resistance welding ERW
Sometime solutions require the absence of solder, but do require more firm connection - spot welding of different metals is one of the option we offer.

Assembly of contacts and housing
As addition to cable assembly, we offer manual assembly of additional parts to cable harnesses. Depends on your requirement , some of your assembly processes can be transferred to us, enabling you to focus on your core manufacturing.

Manual soldering
The basic process of joining components and wires. Our services include manual welding with solder wire or dipping solder.

LOGISTICS
Upstream or downstream... we control it!
The Logistics Department is the backbone of any operational efficiency. With hands-on approach, we manage flow of goods and material, ensuring timely inhouse delivery and optimization of resources onhand for procution. We constantly keep an eye on improvement possibilities; one of such are two automate warehouse system from Modula working now in parallel supplying three different production floors in our main production facility.

Regionaly we offer delivery with our own fleet of vans, which reduces time and cost of delivery.
